OUR FOUNDER
Michael Conrad is a Licensed Contractor (LIC# 106425) with 20+ years of experience in residential and commercial construction+remodeling. He graduated from San Francisco State University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Economics Degree and received his Real Estate license in 2017.
Michael was born and raised in Madison, Wisconsin but now considers himself an “SF local” since he has been living in the city for over 15 years. When he is not building or selling properties, he loves to cook and spend time with his friends + family, especially with his daughter, Alessandra.
